This a new position. Seeking a senior experienced professional housing manager for new luxury residential complex.
- to develop & implement sound operating and fiscal procedures;
- to provide direct and indirect supervision of staff;
- to develop and maintain strong resident/family relations within the community;
- to implement the annual operating and capital budgets;
- to develop and inplement a neighborhood-wide maintenance program.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred.
PLUS long-term related industry experience will be considered. A professional designation of, or active candidacy for, Residential Apartment Manager, Accredited Residential Manager, Certified Property Manager or equivalent industry certification is preferred or MBA or Project Manager Professional
The Job Description from the Employer:
Drive & implement a Housing Service Policy and associated procedures and insure they are in compliance with corporate and government policies.
Provision, management and upkeep of all residential housing and accommodation units within the campus.
Overall Management of related service providers, maintenance, transportation, utilities and janitorial service vendors.
Primary point of contact for all residential related matters and liaise and coordinate between residents and the employer and management agents.
Identify and maintain a system of grading of all the residential units for the purpose of allocating suitable accommodations to the residents according to the professional grade and family requirements.
Provide appropriate support services to ensure a smooth transition to/from the campus upon arrival and departure of staff from the campus.
Arrange and coordinate the transport from the airport or other port of entry for all arriving and departing residents and their belongings.
Attend meetings, scheduled and otherwise, regards quality, health and safety.
Provide all necessary liaisons with individual residents and their representatives and shall maintain communications as necessary in all housing related matters.
Recruiting, Supervising and training staff.
Identifying housing needs.
Process applications for housing improvements and repairs and communicate outcomes to tenants.
Arrange for temporary storage of resident's belongings upon arrivals and pending departure.
Work with the recreation department to arrange special bi monthly meet and greet events to foster community cohesiveness .
Inspect all units prior to move in and final departures.
All accommodations at the job site are new buildings.
